I found a solution to fix the GDI walls for AI.
Now the AI gets the proper walls back, as they no more build component towers inside those walls like seen here: http://www.moddb.com/mods/cc-tiberian-sun-project-nemesis/images/tiberian-sun-project-nemesis-mod6#imagebox![Fixed GDI AI walls]()
